I have recently purchased an apartment in Sibenik, Croatia. Having experience with the real estate process in the United States only, I wasn't sure what to expect. She skillfully guided me through the entire process and helped me find a place I was looking for. She responded quickly to my questions and was always available. I could tell Iva is very passionate about her job and I am grateful to her and her team for making the process of purchasing real estate in Croatia much easier for me.

AMAZING! Iva was super-everything. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and responsive - and even in English! I was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole process... expecting it be difficult, but from my initial meeting and house visit to endless questions, Palace & Iva made sure I had all the info I needed. Even after the purchase, Iva helped with any questions I had to help make the process smooth. All the office staff were happy to help - they really seem to have an exceptional set-up in terms of working processes. A lucky find on my part!
