Price List of Brokerage Fees

This price list of brokerage fees is issued in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

I. PURCHASE, SALE AND EXCHANGE OF REAL ESTATE

For brokerage services in the sale, purchase or exchange of real estate (apartments, houses, land, business premises and other types of real estate), a brokerage fee is agreed in the amount of:

up to 6% of the achieved purchase price of the property

The minimum brokerage fee is: EUR 1,000.00

II. BROKERAGE FOR THE SELLER

When Palace Real Estate d.o.o. acts as broker for the seller as the principal, the amount of the brokerage fee is determined by the brokerage agreement in accordance with this price list, i.e. up to 6% of the agreed purchase price, with a minimum of EUR 1,000.00.

III. BROKERAGE FOR THE BUYER

When Palace Real Estate d.o.o. acts as broker for the buyer as the principal, the amount of the brokerage fee is determined by the brokerage agreement in accordance with this price list, i.e. up to 6% of the agreed purchase price, with a minimum of EUR 1,000.00.

IV. BROKERAGE FOR BOTH CONTRACTING PARTIES

If Palace Real Estate d.o.o. has concluded a brokerage agreement with both contracting parties for the same property, the total brokerage fee charged to both parties combined may not exceed the maximum amount set by this price list, i.e. 12% of the agreed purchase price.

V. EXCLUSIVE BROKERAGE

For exclusive brokerage agreements, the amount of the brokerage fee is determined by the individual brokerage agreement, in accordance with this price list.

VI. LEASE AND RENTAL OF REAL ESTATE

For brokerage in the lease or rental of real estate, the brokerage fee amounts to 100% of one monthly rent.

VII. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional services not included in the basic brokerage service may include:

• professional property photography
• property video presentation
• 3D virtual tour
• additional premium advertising
• creation of marketing materials
• additional preparation of documentation
• other separately agreed services

The costs of additional services are determined by separate agreement with the principal prior to the performance of the service.

This price list applies from 7 July 2026. Value added tax (VAT) is subsequently calculated on all stated brokerage fee amounts. All prices and fees are expressed in euros (EUR).

When concluding a brokerage agreement, the price list in force on the date of conclusion applies, unless otherwise agreed.

The broker reserves the right to amend the price list. Amendments do not affect agreements already concluded, unless the contracting parties agree otherwise in writing.
